Most wont even realize they're getting in their own way and hampering the growth of their real estate business.

Procrastinating and focusing on reasoning can be a dangerous downward spiral where reasons quickly become excuses that paralyse action.

Waiting for the right time

The right time is now, life is now! Using the excuse of it's maybe not the right time is due to procrastination and poor time management. You should rather be focussing on the cost of lost opportunities and what exactly it is standing in the way of you taking action.

Don't know how to

A lack of confidence and believe in your own abilities will most definitely place business growth in the deep freezer. You need to get more comfortable to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and making mistakes, that is where true growth and learning take place. Take the time to read up and learn something new, this will greatly improve your confidence.

Money

Not willing to invest money in your business or always using the excuse there is not enough money will soon leave you without a business. It is crucial to invest money in systems, processes and most importantly human capital, which is and probably always will be any successful business`s greatest asset.

If any of these are holding you back it is time to get out of your own way and allow yourself the opportunity to succeed.
