Water is charged at R150 per person per month, and a security fee of R150 per month applies. 

A deposit equal to one month’s rental is required (R3 000 for the unfurnished option or R3 500 for the furnished option).

A once-off credit check fee of R250 per person (or R450 for companies) and a lease administration fee of R1 000 are payable upon application.

Applicants are required to provide verifiable references, their latest three months’ bank statements and payslips (or six months for self-employed applicants or companies), a valid South African ID or passport (with CIPC registration documents where applicable), and proof of their current residential address. All applications are subject to affordability assessments, credit checks, reference verification, and approval based on the required qualifying criteria.
